By using the services provided by Savvy Smiles Consulting, you agree to the following terms

The $89 Plan Decoder service covers the review and summary of one (1) dental insurance plan.
Up to two (2) plans may be submitted per order for comparative review. Additional plans require a separate submission and payment.
If a secondary plan is not disclosed at the time of submission, an additional decoding fee will apply. No exceptions.
Services provided are for educational and planning purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding insurance reimbursement or claim outcomes.

All sales are final once decoding has been delivered. Refunds are not provided for unused consultations.
